1 Introduction

5 Account Registration

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. SlotKing33 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which SlotKing33 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. SlotKing33 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.

7 Withdrawals

SlotKing33 is committed to processing withdrawal requests from verified accounts within 15 minutes on average via DuitNow and FPX during normal operational hours. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems, volume of requests, and the completion status of KYC verification.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Account must have passed KYC verification before withdrawals are processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply depending on the payment method selected;
• SlotKing33 charges no processing fees on withdrawals. The full requested amount will be transferred to your designated account.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

10 Prohibited Conduct

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Intellectual Property

14 Account Suspension & Termination

SlotKing33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;

Upon account termination for cause, SlotKing33 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request in the absence of any breach, any real-money balance remaining above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded via the player's registered payment method.
